RM Delivery Policy
If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase then we will always aim to put the matter right.
If you need to return an item for a refund, exchange or warranty claim then please contact us in the first instance and then send the item back to us accompanied with the appropriate form. It is your responsibility to ensure return of the item back to us, so for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. You are responsible for costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
All Sting helmets are dispatched within 3 – 5 working days of your order being placed (note these are shipped direct from the manufacturer in Germany).
All pine plate racks and pine dressers are made to order and shipped after 21 days.
All RM Salvage items are collection only or delivery within a 15 mile radius of Birmingham
Express delivery is available on selected products at an extra cost, standard delivery does not cover Scotland, N. Ireland, Ireland and Wales – please call for pricing on these areas.
Parcels are sent with Royal Mail, UK Mail, Yodel or a local courier.
Smaller parcels are sent with Royal Mail but any larger parcels or multiple parcels are sent with UK Mail and any international parcels are sent with a courier of our choice. Please note all helmets are sent with courier. Helmets are packed in their helmet bag, then box, and then in a double walled corrugated box so all helmets are delivered safely.
Our back office systems are fully integrated with our courier which means that the second your parcel is dispatched we will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel’s every move from our door to yours!
